1983 JP Weigle IceCycle:

We think this bike was made for the 1983 New York City trade show.  Peter Weigle is known for his artistic details and has primarily produced road bikes starting in the 1970's at Witcomb USA.  Witcomb also gave us a couple of other guys you may have hear of, Richard Sachs and Chris Chance.  Check out some of the beautiful details in the pictures below.
