1989 Denti:

I am unsure of the make of this bike.  It has Denti decals but there is evidence of previous decals that have been removed.  If anyone recognizes it as being a different make, please let me know.   We mainly have it for the complete Campagnolo Euclid group.   The Italians finally recognized that this mountain bike thing might be for real and figured they should try to get a piece of the pie.  The Euclid group was the first attempt and boy did it miss the mark.  The parts are massively overbuilt and over complicated.  The brakes and levers are larger than motorcycle parts and the seat post has multiple quick release adjustments.  The bearings have the typical Campy smoothness but that wasn't enough to overcome the problems.  In later years, the Campagnolo Record OR parts were beautifully made and very functional.  By this time, their reputation had been set and currency fluctuations were making them too expensive so Campy abandoned the ATB market entirely.
