1990 Salsa Ala Carte:

This is a frame from early 1990 which was send back to Salsa in 1994 to have a down tube gusset added.  According to the receipts that came with the bike, it looks like Salsa repainted the bike black and then it was sent off for the splatter job and decals.  Pretty nice parts mix with the Cooks cranks, Mavic wheels, Grafton Brakes and Bontrager fork.
