1991 Fisher Montare:

Fisher used the curved seat tube and elevated stays to shorten the "chain stay" length to 15.5".  The steep head angle and long top tube combine with the short stays to "redefine the concept of free climbing and bike ballet.  It allows the rider to use his or her body on technical trails in a way that are impossible, or at least very difficult, with other mountain bikes."   This is according to the 1991 Fisher catalog.  Other than the frame, the parts are pretty ordinary for the era.
