2006 Mountain Goat F-K-R
This is the prototype for the F-K-R
(Fat-tired Klunker
Replica) model. I wanted to
have the flowing lines of the early Klunkers but with modern
functionality. We worked with Curtis Inglis to make this happen.
The tubing really flow very nicely from front to back. Russ
Pickett replicated a 1940's era Schwinn paint scheme including the "goat
heads' while Jen Green provides the seat stay caps. Paul, from
Rock Lobster, welded us up a set of bull moose bars to complement the
old school flavor. Throw all of the retro in with 29" wheels and
this is what you get!
